A really frustrating issue I am experiencing is an error or glitch in the game with calcified fragments. The only tracker says o have 46 and the game says I only have 43. I can only get one more that is known and that will only have me at 44 according to the game. Which means I cannot get the touch of malice. Can someone please help or explain to me why the two say different numbers?

The destiny tracker goes by what calcified fragments you've picked up on all of your characters. There's no way to tell which one you haven't picked up.
