For action/fantasy and if you're a fan of SAO, i can reccomend "Log Horizion" (focus more on every character as well as the ecenomics and stratedgy) and Is it wrong to pick up girls in a dungeon ( main char is same VO as SAO) for harem/ecchi, "Monster musume" is a recently new one, (12 eps sadly) but it has it's moments, just be adviced to watch it with either headphones or on a low volume, (if you have parents, siblings or gf's around). also if you're a foodie and don't mind over the top reactions for food, "Sogugeki, food wars", is another you might enjoy, (also might want low volume/headphones) for more action and if you're a fan of Game of Thrones, Akame ga kill might be a nice choice also, prepare to feel at some points.
