It makes the recoil more predictable, I have it on my hawksaw that has close to max stability
I can usually hit people cross map with it accurately, and quickly
The perk is really built for pulse rifles or handcannons

I have an hawksaw without the perk and can hit across the map. Its probably just the high stability.

I would love to get a hakke pulse rifle with this perk. Those things pull way too much to the left.

than you need the counterbalanc perk. that one makes your shots perfectly lined up. rodeo won't help you.
