At what light level do I have a chance for an exotic engram to be 310?
I'm at best 295 now (usually playing at 293...)

After you pass light lvl 300 you get like a 50% chance of getting exotics to turn into 310 light. Of like 10 exotics i got only about 3 turned into 290.

300. And the higher you get the better chance it's a 310

I don't think this is true. I been switching engrams to lower levels to decrypt and haven't found any evidence of this - maybe the other way round but that's probably in my head.

Ya I really don't know.. That's just what I had read from someone who was 309.. So I'm sure there's no difference once you hit 300 it's all the same

Not so. I got 6 exotics. 4 were 290. I'm 309
