Nerf the hammer tracking and Armor, but give them shoulder charge or a longer distance melee with flame shield. Fair?

No. Shoulder charge is unoriginal and eh, melee should be a given, and hammer tracking is necessary. It already has travel time. They need something original and interesting for there to be a reason to use Sunbreaker besides the super.
