They should put the health down to 50% or buff all the other third person supers to 60%

Nerfing a class should never be the answer, in this or any other game. I didn't support it when it was Classes that I don't play, and I don't support it now. I'd be fine with putting the other over shields up to be on par, I actually support that. Nerfing is always the wrong answer.
