Remove the Health Regeneration on hit. Simple as that, Regeneration isn't even a Titan thing, how come they do have it when Warlock which is about the Regeneration doesn't even have anything to regenerate ?
Remove Health Regeneration with SunBreaker. Nothing else need to be changed.

Maybe instead of health regen they get only an instant shield regen? Like stepping inside of a blessing of light bubble when health is low.
