I'd say it needs a slight armor decrease and hammers need a slight decrease in speed. The class itself is not very good, but the super is definitely powerful and has very good synergy within some of its perks. I personally think a headshot from a 1000-yard Stare should not kill a Sunbreakers, but leave them with a sliver of health.
