Fabian Strategy?
Don't get me wrong, this gun I great, I like it. The big issue here is that the exotic perk either doesn't work or its so small I cannot tell a difference. Will you be addressing this issue anytime soon?

The exotic perks is just broken. It doesnt give you a rate of fire increase :(
