I think the "I need to be able to one shot everything ever with my sniper" argument is so silly. Regardless of skill required to use, I dont think your special weapon should have the ability to one shot anything the game has to throw at you. You're up against the flame tank in his -blam!-ing super, dont expect to just shoot his face once and call it an evening.
