Cauterize is a fantastic perk for PVE. However a nerf we will get us into trouble.
In PVPiff a Titan gets hit after the health regen starts you effectively stop the health regen. That's why 2 or more people jumping and shooting can take us so easily. Using Thorn or a grenade that can do damage over time are effective against Cauterize.

And I thought thorn was useless

It's is useless (can't use it in Iron Banner or PVE) and I don't think people should have to rely on a weapon to counter one subclass. I think more DoT weapons should be implemented in the game.
