PvE is fine.
Golden gun and sniper headshot should instakill
Timer(amount of hammers) is fine considering every class has one sub that allows for a very long super and spread out kills. Before TTK it was only Bladedancer.
I still prefer striker over sunbreaker in the Crucible.
