Just make it like bd and gg. Each throw takes super energy away and each kill takes more super energy away. For bd to get 3+ kills, the enemies would have to be extremely close to each other. As for gg, they would have to be lined up.

Each throw does take super energy away. People say the super lasts 25 seconds but that's only if you're not throwing a single hammer the whole time.
