Titan bubbles don't actually kill people, they're a defensive super so it should consume another super to break it. Striker Titans have 1 smash and they're done, HoS lasts a while and when you get a kill with it you can have a perk that regens your health. It is not fair for a GG to shoot them, not kill and then get 1 hit by a hammer to see the Titan get full health back.
