Titan mains, what do YOU think should be done with Sunbreaker?
With all the Sunbreaker haters out there, I wanna see what Titan mains have to say about their subclass.

Edit: 50+ replies, keep 'em coming! The majority of you call for a slight armor nerf so more snipers and a GG shot can one shot it, which is pretty resonable.
Edit 2: 100+ replies, let's keep going! Again, a lot of you call for the armor nerf, but I see some movement nerfs or Cauterize nerfs in there as well.
Edit 3: Over 650 replies, holy crap. Again, as usual, armor nerfs take prevalence over all other suggestions. And to all not Titan mains, please revite accurately as to not screw with the poll. I seriously doubt less than 20% of voters are not Titan mains.

But seriously, I'm glad to see so many people in this usually salty as -blam!- community being so positive and having polite debates. Shows we have hope for a few more years.

Armor takes prevalance yet again, but some more movement speed during super nerfs have popped up here and there. Keep commenting guys!

2 RepliesEdited by Ezimatana: 10/17/2015 8:41:02 PMSpeaking as a competitive player since destiny's launch, I fully expect people to disagree with me and provide other horse shit "solutions", but here's mine: -Reduce armor to blade dancer/sunsinger (so Sunbreakers can be golden gunned or shotgun melee'd) -Slightly reduce the "grenades and horseshoes" proximity detonation radius from Forgemaster. -Reduce the base amount of super energy, allowing a maximum of 5 hammers WITH forge master and 20 seconds Idle, or 4 hammers and 15-20 seconds idle without forge master. (Currently forge master provides 25 seconds/6 hammers)

14 RepliesRemove cauterize, limit hammers to 4, keep armor buff, remove tracking, lower the aoe. I bet 80% of people here who main titans cried in year one over a 1 time use nova bomb but say sunbreaker with 25 seconds of many mini nova bombs are like yup its fine its not broke. Side note. Most of you who main titans and dot want the nerf have negative kds.

And reduce time by about 4 seconds thus reducing the amount of hammer and actually making people think before throwing a hammer not just spamming it. Edit:funny how everyone arguing with me is a shitty titan.

Give it a decent melee and any method to evade so it performs in the 95% of the game that isn't active super.

I main a titan. No need should be done for pve. The regeneration health and extra armor should be removed for pvp. Although I get killed just fine by all classes but a change in pvp does need to happen

Mostly them huntards though, can't sand the fact they're finally getting put down in the crucible after playing a whole YEAR of easy mode.

I personally think sun breaker is fine. The super itself is a tad bit op in crucible but I personally thing golden gun is better( you can check my hunters recent games). I think that the perk where you get healed every time you kill someone with fire should be replaced with the twilight garrison perk. That's just my personal opinion. I still love striker the most tho

Titan main. Sunbreaker needs to be a sniper headshot kill from the LDR impact archetype. I can take out Warlocks and Hunters in their super in about half of my encounters but I've only dropped a hammer Titan in their super twice.

4 RepliesJust make it like bd and gg. Each throw takes super energy away and each kill takes more super energy away. For bd to get 3+ kills, the enemies would have to be extremely close to each other. As for gg, they would have to be lined up.

4 RepliesTitan main here. Reduce the amount of time that HoS is active, while lowering the cost of a single hammer. Obviously this fix would allow less time to roam, while not effecting the amount of hammers thrown. 2 head shots should equal a death. Also, up the damage on Golden Gun.

I think they should just leave you alone...I main a hunter and sub a titan and warlock...it's a super and I should be killed by it as well as you mine....I'll run nighthawk with my clan and when I hear it I come running...there are ways around it...just a change in strategy is that so terrible...I back you guys...they fuq with this game to much...and If I want I'll run my titan to, like wtf...

Reduce the armour a little bit, and then make it so you have to choose between having the regen or having the extra armour, instead of having both.
