With all the Sunbreaker haters out there, I wanna see what Titan mains have to say about their subclass. [spoiler]y'know, i just remembered that curiosity did kill the cat[/spoiler] Edit: 50+ replies, keep 'em coming! The majority of you call for a slight armor nerf so more snipers and a GG shot can one shot it, which is pretty resonable. Edit 2: 100+ replies, let's keep going! Again, a lot of you call for the armor nerf, but I see some movement nerfs or Cauterize nerfs in there as well. Edit 3: Over 650 replies, holy crap. Again, as usual, armor nerfs take prevalence over all other suggestions. And to all not Titan mains, please revite accurately as to not screw with the poll. I seriously doubt less than 20% of voters are not Titan mains. Edit 4: STAP BLOWING UP MY PHONE PLZ But seriously, I'm glad to see so many people in this usually salty as -blam!- community being so positive and having polite debates. Shows we have hope for a few more years. Edit 5: Over 1,000 replies! Woot. Armor takes prevalance yet again, but some more movement speed during super nerfs have popped up here and there. Keep commenting guys!

    • The armor is quite high, but I almost wouldn't mind that if the health regen perk wasn't so powerful. By the time you even get close to killing a titan during their hammer, they get a kill and immediately reset your progress. Maybe if there was a limit to how often the health regen could proc or slowed the rate of health regen it wouldn't be so bad.

      • I think the "I need to be able to one shot everything ever with my sniper" argument is so silly. Regardless of skill required to use, I dont think your special weapon should have the ability to one shot anything the game has to throw at you. You're up against the flame tank in his -blam!-ing super, dont expect to just shoot his face once and call it an evening.

        • Nothing should be done. Its no different than when I hear someone arc blading, I run like hell. I like fist of havoc better for control matches. However I did get 5 kills on one super with my hammer in IB. But that is the exception not the rule for me.

              • I do believe as a Titan myself that our hammers are a bit OP. But if you want it nerfed then I will demand the same of that bullshit stormtrance. I also have a 302 warlock. And I went on a 9 kill streak with stormtrance. That is outrageous. That shit needs to be nerfed immediately .

              • In my opinion Flameseeker should be replaced with a different perk and blast radius should be reduced. I've banned myself from using Flameseeker in pvp because I personally believe it makes it overpowered.

                • Armor needs to be lowered because if I go radiance on a Titan then I should kill a Titan with 4 grenades tops. Not the case. I hit a Titan who had a hammer with 5 firebolt grenades on mayhem with lingering damage and he ended up killing me after I even used a shotty up close. That's just way too op.

                    Here's the deal, every class needs a change. Sunbreakers need slightly less damage resistance, about 10-15% would do well. Makes it so gg and high impact snipers can 1 shot. Next make them have maybe 1 or 2 less hammers to use and make the AoE a little smaller when using the tracking perk. Next is warlocks, reduce the length of time when using transcendence and/or superconductor which makes you super last longer. That super lasts almost as long as the IB match does it really is UNLIMITED POWAHHH. Finally, hunters shadowshot tether ability should activate immediately, this will help to combat against sunbreakers, heck maybe even give them suppression grenade (after thinking about it I'm not sure how much i like the idea of giving them surpression grenade.) If you do all these i believe that the classes will still be hard to deal with when in super, but will be much more balanced. And these changes won't effect pve too drastically. What do you guys think?

                    • I don't main as a titan but I do use the titan more than my warlock. I feel like there is just too much great stuff going on with HoS. Seriously do we need every perk they gave? I would say either take away health regen, take away armor, decrease the range, take away the chaining, or shorten the time frame. Definitely don't do all of those things but maybe one or two could be tweaked. It's like having a bubble with blessings and weapons of light while shooting a golden gun that has the area effect of Nova bomb and titan smash and then some lol. I think the idea is great but just too powerful for pvp. In pve I think it's great because it's not a game breaker but is still very helpful.

                    • Nothing it's fine. It doesn't need to be nerfed. It's literally the same situation like last year with bladedancer and it's crap. An overly strong class that was PvP focused. Able to obliterate whole teams if not working together, playing smart, or neutralizing it with a super. Only thing is Sunbreaker doesn't get the luxury of blink shotgunning an entire year without a single nerf.

                      • The only thing that needs to be changed is the position of perks on the skill tree. Swap the following: Cauterize for sun charge and scorched earth for fire keeper

                        I killed a guy with my hammer and he exploded killing a guy that was maybe 3 feet from him and THAT second explosion killed a 3rd guy that was about 5 feet from the second explosion. That's the most overpowered chaining effect I have ever seen. A little nerf is necessary for crucible at least, but not for PVE. Although I disagree with the armor being nerfed. You have no idea how many times I've been gunned down by red death and such.

                      • I don't think Titans need a nerf. Just that GG needs a buff *just* enough to take down a Sunbreaker and Stormcaller and BD.

                      • The only nerf i suggest is to lower the armor so that GG kills in one hit but still have armor to survive a headshot from a 1000-yard stare type of sniper

                        Titans are the most armored class, it makes sense that sunbreakers have so much armor as well as titans while using fist of havoc.

                        • I just suddenly realized: the Titan already comes with the highest armor stat. So it would make the sunbreaker super reduction seem ridiculous. Have we tried testing on damage reductions across all boards such as full armor stormtrance or Bladedancer?
