Let me guess muscle building John? Protein is good but no yolk? That's the best part. At least keep 1 yolk, haha

Eggs Are wonderful You can use them in so many ways and they're really good for protein! I have both , eggs and whites , if I were to eat as many whole eggs as I eat whites I would be fat af. Plus its much cheaper to buy just the white instead of throwing away the yolks.
