if you are any of these things = kicked

So today I was going for my exotic sword, at te boss I receive an invite from 1 of the others (Vakepeman). I tought it was to discuss strategy but he kicked me as soon as he could. Now is there any way to report him to bungie? Reported him to psn instantly. People like that should be taught a lesson as this is suposed to be a social game.
