Wrong. There is a whole long story about him. How he changes from a good guy using Last Word to bad. And how the darkness corrupts him. How he is killed by another guardian. How dangerous he becomes in an amazing encounter at a bar where we see how far he has fallen. And how he finally dies or lets himself be killed as his final act of redemption.
About his twin brother and how it relates to the other gun called The Rose.
