A hunter can fire 4 GG shots in the time it takes a Sunbreaker to throw 2 hammers. Hunters have reduced cool down on GG You can not take down any titan in super with 1 GG shot. Defender-3 Strikers-2 Sunbreakers-2 You can not Sniper any Titan in Super Defender-Infinite if they are in Bubble Strikers-2 Sunbreaker-2 You can not easily snipe a Bladedancer to kill them. A Warlock (who will always have less armor) can tank a Sniper to the head when in Super Hammers are horrible for anti-air, when you tried to super them. You were just playing bad, You didn't play to the class roles and paid for it. GG is mid to long. Hammers are short to mid. You got in his Zone. PLUS YOU TRADED WITH HIM WHY ARE YOU CRYING??!?!? HE DIED!!!!!!! You admitted he had armor as well. You are crying because you were out played and he had a build that countered yours. NEVER GO FULL HUNTARD DUDE!

NEVER GO FULL HUNTARD DUDE![/quote] Well if you want to go down that road... Titans get 6-7 Hammers and Hunters get 3 GG shots. With just those numbers a Titan can get 5-6 kills before the encounter and a Hunter can get 1 before using up the rest of his super to kill the Titan. Not to mention if multiple enemies are in close proximity the Hammers can reach approximately 10 ft kill radius without the cost of a perk slot being used up. As far as range goes Destiny's PvP maps are designed for CQC as you can tell by the constant abundance of Shotguns since the start of Destiny.

    That's not the point saying hunters only have one shot to kill before fighting a Sunbreaker. If I've learned anything from playing striker is that you either save your super for a mob, or use it to kill another super and just deal with using super on another. I'll either choose to kill a trio, or if one person panics and activated arc blade or sunsinger, I'm gonna shut you down with my FoH. This is one of those scenarios for hunters. Choose to kill people or negate a super. Two shots to kill isn't even unrealistic. I mean people waste 3 shots on Ward of Dawn to knock the bubble out and the titan inside. The only reason they don't complain is that the bubble titan isn't going to sending attacks right back. It takes two GG shots to take down Sunsingers too, so I've yet to see the big cry about needing only one shot.

  • 1. FoH is a panic super, and Golden Gun is not, big difference there, if anyone in a mobile super turns the corner, FoH can shut it down and has enough health to live just about anything. Golden Gun has 1 no health buff and you are completely vulnerable during activation. 2. As for Sunsingers, no one cares because they can only live GG in Radiant Skin, which gives up a perk slot and one of the main uses, Self-Res. Also Sunsinger doesn't have tracking Hammers with an instant kill and huge blast radius with Cauterize.

  • You could make the case that ANY super is a panic super. It depends who is using it. I don't use it as a panic super, so we've already gotten rid of the argument that it's a panic super. FoH should be the end all when it comes down to shutting down supers. But of course, the argument you should be fighting is that you can't use Golden Gun to shut down supers. BUT, then that is discredited by the fact that according to I'm assuming Hunters, that it should be able to one shot ANYTHING alive. However, while I believe that the only thing about Sunbreakers that should be nerfed is their armor...it is almost easily taken down in Iron Banner due to level discrepancies. THAT is how Sunbreakers should feel. Just because GG has no health buff should be a huge indication that if you're getting killed easily, that probably means you're already way too close to the action for what is considered to be a long range specialty weapon. Yes, Hammers have distance, but there's enough of a time in air to make the appropriate jump away if you're not an idiot. Golden Gun shots are almost instantaneous.

  • You are so stupid it hurts. Golden Gun is not a panic super. Being invulnerable during the start up animation and having no health buff to protect you in the start up animation automatically rules out the possibility of any super being a panic super.

  • Oh dear, resorting to name calling are we? Anyway, who made you the leading expert of defining "Panic Supers?" The literal definition of panic is, "sudden uncontrollable fear or anxiety, often causing wildly unthinking behavior." Couple that with a super, and that would instantly mean you use said super in moments of panic. This means ANYONE using ANY super when they have been startled by an enemy equates to...you guessed it, a panic super. You're using the fact that it's not buffed with armor when activated, thus suddenly making it impervious to being labelled as a "Panic Super." You're definitely wrong because that argument is flawed on the fact that you're NOT stating any legitimate fact. You're merely speculating that even if someone activates their Golden Gun when startled, it won't count as being panicked because it doesn't have an armor boost. That's definitely wrong.

  • Warlocks cannot "tank" a sniper to the head. Playing in regular crucible, I was using my trust old Longbow the other day. I can OHK a self rez sunsinger that is wearing The Ram, spec'ed for max armor, with one shot. I cannot OHK a Sunbreaker with the same shot. Please stop acting like you know anything.
