Iron Banner Flop Rate Increased?
I recently read that the drop rates would increase in IB to act as the main source of IB gear, but at what point do the good drops come? I've gotten some good rare drops that i used to infuse, but c'mon! I want some of that new gear. Does the guality of your drop depend on your IB rank?
