At no point did anyone say the kiosk ones would not be affected, the update spoke about the black spindle in all its instances, if you didn't get that from the update that's your mistake. When I say black spindle will be nerfed, unless I otherwise state this means all version in all entities, the only guns ignored where non spindles and this is stated in the update.
