Do you have touch of malice? If you did, you would know it doesnt do double in PvP.. Maybe like 12 more damage, and with the health reduction each shot; not even worth using to 1v1 someone. Good for stealing kills, or when you get the jump on someone and get the first few shots. Thats about it. A pulse rifle with beat you 99% of the time if they know what they are doing. (Unless you are OG with scouts and pro at crouch shot.)
