It's a strong weapon don't get me wrong, but the perk makes you jerk when you shoot making harder to land consistent shots, also the health you lose could decide the out come of a fire fight and a random shot could stop health regen. Not a bad weapon by any means just requires a lot of skill and good judgement to use effectively.
