Very simple fight, almost identical to the Crota boss fight in the CE Raid. Kill the adds that spawn to start off. They spawn to the platform's left, right, and back; focus especially on those two Wizards that spawn up top. Once that's done, kill the Swordbearer equivalent(Hagrist, Blade Edge). Have someone take the sword, then have your fireteam focus fire on Thalnok. Once Thalnok takes a knee, get the person who took the sword to attack him. You can get two "downs" on each sword easily; three if your fireteam is quick. If you've got a bladedancer to go invis, you can even kill Thalnok in one sword/two downs, as shown at the end of the video.
