I Know How To "Balance" Hammer of Sol! NOT a whiny crybaby post.

Simple. Reduce the agility when your super is activated. By 1/2 or 2/3 whatever seems necessary. [b]OK. OK. OK. [/b]Before you go and dislike this post and leave a hateful/flame comment, just listen: The Titan is the "Tank", right? Sunbreaker/Hammer of Sol is the ultimate Titan dream! Lots of armor, hard to kill, really really effective attack. Not really a weakness. [u](Gunslinger: Glass cannon. Weak armor Bladedancer: Melee only, close ranged Nightstalker: One/three time use, damage only on direct hit Sunsinger: Long super animation, can get rekt easily when self rezing, super is less effective than any other Voidwalker: One time use Stormcaller: Close ranged, only effective with groups Striker: One time use, close ranged Defender: super does not damage)[/u] [b]BUT[/b] What is a subclass without a weakness? [u]Something OP. [/u]What happens to OP things in Destiny? [u]Bungie gets them (over)nerfed.[/u] [b]Hard[/b]. [i](RIP Gjallarhorn, shotguns[dontRIP], fusion rifles, autorifles, rocket launchers, hawkmoon, thorn[dontRIP], vex mytho.)[/i] If you reduce the agility for the Hammer of Sol, make it so people could just easily run away from it, it would be an actual tank, and have an actual weakness which just borderline stops it from being OP. [b]You won't be forced to fight. You can just simply run away.[/b] I personally believe that Sunbreaker relies on it's super to be a good subclass, so if you kill the super, you're basically killing the subclass. So, please up vote this post? So bungie doesn't nerf hammer of sol in another way which would actually heavily cripple the super? (You know, like, reduced hammer explosive radius and/or super lasts less/less hammers and/or less armor.) Thanks! Edit: Damn typos.

    The issue for me is that sunbreaker is the only viable option being a Titan, it's overpowered, but it's the only think I have,so I think they should nerf sun breakers, but maybe give striker and or defender a buff or new ability for pvp, so not just one thing is good, like hunters

    • Titan skating is what makes Titans so fast, just a simple armor tweak to be one shot by 1000-yard stare/LDR archetype would give them enough balance. The offensive side of the super isn't a problem, it's the fact that they have so much defense along with it. EVERY other class can be one shot by high impact snipers, even Sunsinger with Radiant Skin + The Ram(Not even sure if it gives armor anymore). I play all 3 classes and sunbreakers just have too much defense, period. Running away is NOT a viable counter, that's just stupid, give that shit a rest.

    • Even easier is to just make the damage reduction the same for bladedancer and sunsinger

    • Increase health by a portion as well to compensate for the speed, and instead of reducing movement speed, prevent them from sprinting.

      • Great posts but hunters won't like this post it actually makes sense so they will hate on it and cry for a nerf. But I agree the Titan is the tank class so being slow is how Titans should be.
