Cod is overhyped but is good at what it does, which is mindless fun. There's a lot I've noticed so far this new gen with games having shitty lobby systems, none at all or having unbearable lag, feeling unfinished, lacking content and CoD actually brings all these things to the table, you can't really say the games are bad, they are a victim of their own hype. I enjoyed MW, WAW, BO1&2 but largely ignored the rest because I don't NEED to play them every year. I will be picking up BO3 though as I need another game to play that actually works in MP.
