Penguins need represented too.
Last year's problems persist though. Outwork the opponent, outplay for large swaths of the game, lose from anemic offense anyway.

Obligatory "-blam!- the Pens" from a Flyers fan. But man I feel you on the team problems. We were a -blam!-ing mess last year. Hoping out new coach can pull through for us.

I automatically hate you, it's ok. And I just don't get it. How can a team that looks so competent offensively not score? You at least had Giroux and Voracek working last year. So far (even if it's admittedly only the two games) the pens just haven't been able to beat a goalie.

Glad we can come to an understanding :) Haha right? I mean it was nice to see a Penn team make it to the playoffs, but I just can't get over last year. I'm so hoping we're better this year. Best of luck to you guys. Looking forward to some good Pens/Flyers matches this year. May the best team win hehehe

Best part is there's a Pens/Flyers home game on my birthday with their alternate jerseys. I'm sure we'll lose then, as is the tradition, but it'll be entertaining at least.

That sounds like a great birthday gift.

Not a Pens fan, but the more I hear, the more I hear that this season really comes down between them and Anaheim.

If the rosters lined up properly, it would. Unfortunately, the Penguins just cannot buy a goal to save their life (though if their game against Phoenix was any indication, the minute they find a non-hot goal tender they'll be fine).
