Video - Bounties Require Wins, also Encourage Quitting

This wasn't my best performance ever, and it's a long(ish) video. So here's the summary: 1) Match starts with one player AFK 2) We start losing, and teammates leave one by one 3) I end up playing 1v3 for most of the game. Let's get these bounties fixed, Bungie. You require wins in specific game modes that people may not actually want to play. That incentivizes people to quit if they are behind, which makes the match really crappy for everyone in it for the game itself. Let's get this fixed, Bungie! Incentivize winning = incentivize quitting.

  • Self-bump. I know that other people see this as an issue. Let's get this some attention, please. @Cozmo - is Bungie aware?

      • I have seen tons of posts on Reddit saying basically the same thing. This video also shows the current problems in match making. Three okay players against two bad players and one slightly better player. The average rating is the same, but the game doesn't play out like that.

      • If you want to encourage good performance as opposed to just "play and quit until you find a lobby to carry you," here are some ideas: 1) Finish a Skirmish match at the top of your team 2) Finish a Skirmish match with a positive K/D 3) Finish a Skirmish match with 3 or more teammate resurrections 4) Finish a Skirmish match with more than 5 kills Or whatever. Note the emphasis on *finishing, and the emphasis on *teamplay.
