Those can't track per character because they work by keeping tabs on the fragment grimoire. You earn that once so it says you got it once.

Yes, but when it's shared by multiple characters per account, it's not helpful because it doesn't count towards a character's quest progression.

I just had to visit each spot and made sure I had everything. Didn't take more than an hour and a half
