Deej stated the 310 drop was a bug, now we are going to get our Black Spindles attack reduced to 290. I propose an ultimate solution, Black Spindle is getting a reduced attack rating. So we should get the original white nail perk. If I remember correctly, Black Hammer was nerfed because the perk white nail was too much like an exotic perk.
