Is Icarus a useless perk?
How do you feel about this perk? I think for scout rifles, it could be pretty nifty, but of course it's situational. If you're behind cover, just jump up and land a shot. If you're strafing, this will help too.

It is more useful while falling on top of the enemy. It is also generally better on auto rifles and high rate of fire scout rifles because the volume of fire increases the chance of you hitting something
