Explain to me how a God who has committed genocide can be considered "Loving"

The fact that people can actually believe that the christian God is all-loving truly blows my mind. How can someone who committed genocide be considered loving? He killed countless people, newborn babies included, and thousands of different plants and animals. Were the animals also sinners? Furthermore, this "loving" God committed all these murders because people weren't using their "free will" in the exact way he had intended. That's right guys, you have to use your free will exactly how God wanted you to use it, otherwise you get killed. Wanna know what the best part of this is? God knew that this would eventually happen. Christians believe that he is omnipotent and omniscient, which means that God knew that people would "sin" and he would commit genocide. So, here's the fun part. You guys get to try to justify genocide to me. Explain to me how a loving, caring father can ruthlessly murder millions of his children. This is gonna be good. Purse, out.

So obviously since your argument is assuming God is real, I'll have to do the same: One, he did it out of anger, which he had every right to do, since he's God. Two, he gave warning to men. Noah preached of the coming flood get none listened. It's not like they never had a chance. Three, the lives these people lived were evil beyond anything we know today, as far as we can tell. Imagine murder and rаpe being a norm to the point it wasn't even wrong to these people. Four, animals have no souls, so why should we care? We kill them and eat them anyways, so why cry only when God does it? Five, God promised to never destroy man as such again, showing he indeed would love us forever.
