I think hard mode and heroic will just be like HM for the other two raids, and heroic will just be hard with a modifier or two

I don't know. I think Bungie may have put a lot of thought into this one. Maybe it will be an extension of normal mode? It was designed first so maybe it's just wishful thinking?
