The extra damage only goes to like 64. It'll be a three headshot kill which is about normal for all scout rifles. Unless they're really good in PvP, the Malice will put players at a disadvantage. Edit: Realized this has to be satire since, if anything, the ToM could use a slight buff to impact, and you haven't even seen it in Trials yet so you have no grounds to cry nerf.
