1) It doesn't do double damage in PvP, just increased by like 30% 2) Touch of malice takes health away from the user, making killing them that much easier 3) If anything is going to be OP, I suspect it will be the warlock exclusive Tlalock. Same damage as VoC, same RoF as deadshot luna when super is charged. It has the potential to make warlocks OP, especially because of its synergy with sunsinger.
