Have you used touch of malice in crucible? It's horrible it doesn't do double damage in PvP, Bungie knew people would abuse it so they made the last round do a much smaller damage output.

Yup. It seems they made the double damage the default and halved the base. Can't say I blame them tho. If it behaved the way a scout with the same stats does it would do 120+ crit.
