I see my self as an ok crucible /trials player... I have been flawless several times... My kd I'm not sure of but wether my kd is higher than someone else's doesn't mean I'm certainly going to win the gun fight :/ ... Your basicly saying people with high kd should be able to use TOM perk but people with lower kds than others shouldn't be able to.... How unblanced would that be... There's always going to be a gun people complain about but c'Mon it always revolves around the player who's using the weapon.
