Are you stupid? ToM does like 63 crit or something with the double damage and it DRAINS your health with every shot! Who ever is using it takes a huge risk for little to no reward! Literally ANY vision of confluence like scout rifle is better in pvp! Do some research before posting "NERF THIS NERF THAT" plz
