Wow, it's technically the hardest weapon to get in the game right now (excluding sleeper stim, which is unobtainable at the moment). And you don't want people to be able to give it's awesome PvE perk a shot at PvP? I disagree with this. I was gonna try it, because I'm just about to have it.
