Headshots with that final round damage buff only do 63 in PvP. You still need to hit 3-4 of them to kill. Not to mention you're taking Health damage during that time. I HIGHLY doubt it. I know I won't be using Mine. Hawkmoon, Black Spindle/1000-Yard Stare/Thesan FR7, and Baron's Ambition for my ToO guns.
