OR bungie can just nerf the pvp side of it and leave the PvE side of the gun alone. Also the ToM final shot makes you lose health so it will be easier to kill someone. Btw I'm not suggesting what I said because if bungie can make a whack ass retarded loot system then they can make this gun fair for pvp just saying.
