ToM [i]is[/i] a strong weapon, but I can see it being more of a liability in ToO than anything. Yes, it can give you an edge, but it can just as easily push you off of that edge, especially when you start getting matched with teams with the same number of wins. Crucible and first couple of matches in ToO, sure. Anything beyond 4 wins, nooope. Ultimately, it's up to the person whether or not they'll use it. I foresee more hawkmoons, bad jujus, suroses, and red deaths being used competitively than ToMs. That's just me though.
