I knew that armor stats, perks, or other functionality on class items was a bad idea the instant I heard it. Foolishly, I assumed Bungle would know better.
For all the people saying "infuse legendaries", that would help, but many of my favorite class items are blue, green, or even white tier. Lots of people like their makeshift scarves. I like my Titan's waistband.

EXACTLY. I never EVER used legendary Cloaks, except for when I used my Trinary Star Cloak. I used mostly white and blue Cloaks, but now I NEED to use the Cloak I got from the Reef Questline, or I can't do anything.
