Letter to Bungie

Over one week ago I sent a letter to Bungie via email and a hard-copy via US Mail regarding my severe unhappiness and frustration with the release of their newest DLC expansion The Taken King. Since then I have only received an automated email response mentioning something about Halo 3 and how they "may not respond to every email." This is completely unsatisfactory and I will be notifying the BBB about this issue. I also want to share with everyone, including Bungie, why they have let down me and every frustrated fan (and customer) out there who have been long-time supporters, and also are the reason that Bungie is the company that they are today. The letter that was sent has been provided above.

  • There are a number of people unhappy. It is possible a class action will be in place. Based on the fact the original purchase of Destiny and the game paid for has been taken away and the game types are now limited unless you pay for Taken King. An exact % of game removed is being calculated and compensation should match
