Guys he does have a point. With how long it takes to infuse exotics nowadays, shards are in short supply for a lot of people. I see no reason why Xûr shouldn't sell them. I currently have a fair number of them (15) but I have to conserve for a really important infusion.

i didn't even notice until my friend wanted to upgrade his ruined wings and asked me where to get the shards. i told him xur. and hes been waiting all week. and no shards. hes literally been playing 2 weeks and now he only has 2 strange coins and will have to wait another week to get enough to get a single shard. i don't know why they changed that. without knowing it people are burning through them and they will be gone fast.
