All of a sudden someone says he'll only play Destiny and everyone worships him but if someone quits everyone starts spamming him with hate comments and downvotes... -_-

Because no cares if they quit People here love destiny and want see other people love destiny. It's like going into church and saying God ain't real, it's just a made up story. What do you think people who love church and God would do?

Try to counsel them and convince them to stay. At least, that's what my church would do. Not exactly the same, but I get what you were going for.
