Hi Krysaex,
I can't provide you with the IP addresses for our services, but you might want to try providing your ISP with the information in our Network Troubleshooting Guide, including the ports that must be unblocked/forwarded in order for Destiny to work.
See this article about NAT and Port Forwarding for a list of ports that you and your ISP should make sure are open: https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/11931

I completed the old hunger quest and never received the shader for it. Is there something I'm missing?
-
Will it be possible for ISP to obtain required information if they contact you themselves? If yes - then what contact info should I provide for them?
-
We can attempt to work with your ISP directly if you can provide us with an email address where we can reach them.

I had my ports already forwarded and opened my nat type and resolved my issue weeks ago. And now with today's patch I can't get past the main screen and get error code drum

Hi smash, Drum errors indicate that you are unable to make a connection with Destiny's matchmaking servers. If you've already configured your network using our Network Troubleshooting Guide, some players have reported that changing the DNS settings on their router or console to use a public set of DNS servers (such as OpenDNS) has helped them work around these types of errors.

Thanks for answer! That I already did, but ISP specifically inquired about your server's IP.
Thanks for answer! That I already did, but ISP specifically inquired about your server's IP.
I doubt Bungie would ever supply that information on the off chance that you are trying to social engineer them to use that IP address for other things such as a DDOS.
