A Night Remnant roamed the outside roads of New Palaven, attacking anyone leaving or entering the city, before slinking back into the shadows

He touches a shadow and he reappears above you, landing on your back, pinning you "Well hello to you too."

"Well there are no men allowed in the city which has been stated multiple times and you are attacking our people"
