Hi EpicArmaan, Are you able to visit the Reef from the Director? The quest to start the House of Wolves content is available from the Reef.

    You are able to go to the Reef and talk to Petra, but she does not offer you the quest? Can you check your Active and Abandonded quest logs for "Welcome to the Reef"?

  • I have actually received the quest from Petra, but the next step in the quest called 'House of Wolves', which says I have to beat kell rising I cannot complete because when I go to the level it says I need house of wolves, although I have already typed in the code

  • I have talked to sony and they said there is nothing they can do, and because it is for your game, you have to deal with it. I tried everything they told me, and it still doesn't work. HELP ME I AM SO CONFUSED

    I understand this is frustrating and confusing. Can you try one more time to restore your licenses, but this time also clear your console cache and re-install Destiny?   • I am currently undertaking the advice you have given me, but I am wondering if it does work how will I know? Also, by restore licenses, do you mean only Dark Below or all of the compatibility packs?

  • I would do all of the packs. If the House of Wolves DLC becomes activated on your account, you should be able to access the mission for the next quest step for the "House of Wolves" quest chain.

  • Hi again EpicArmaan, I've looked at our records and we are not showing that your account has purchased Destiny: House of Wolves. You may want to double check that the purchase went through. If it did, you may want to contact Sony Support again as this would indicate an issue with the PSN store not recognizing your purchase.

  • Unfortunately, this is a licensing issue that Sony has to resolve. I understand this is frustrating and I apologize, but we do not have the ability to resolve this issue. I would suggest continuing to pursue this with Sony Support.
